Hey Backers!
We’re very excited to have shipping underway, but there’s one thing to give you a brief heads up.
If you are due to receive a power bank with your order of Humbgo XG, please note that power banks and jackets will be shipped separately.
Be on the lookout, and please be sure to email us at [email protected] if you do not receive your power bank shipment by May 10th or so! Remember, we are only able to ship power bank to orders from the US and Canada.
Please look forward to receiving your shipments soon, and thank you all again!

We've heard from a number of you about where to get a battery for the Jacket. The good news is that any 5V or greater USB power bank, and there are a number on Amazon here:

Due to International restrictions on shipping batteries, we're not able to ship outside the US or Canada. However, we've designed your Humbgo XG Jacket to work with just about any power bank. Thanks again! We can't wait to get your jackets to you.

Hey Backers!
Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to ship batteries outside of the US or Canada. There are about 30 backers living outside these areas that may see a battery on their order, but you will not be receiving a battery. This is something we're not able to make more clear, but we hope you understand.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://humbgoxg.backerkit.com.
The BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Indiegogo order. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://humbgoxg.backerkit.com/faq.

Hello Backers!
Thank you for making Humbgo XG a reality. A few things need to happen before we can kick off fulfillment, and we’ll need some information from you!
Here's a quick rundown:
First, Indiegogo needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to ship the jackets (this can take up to two weeks).
Second, we will need to collect your specific order details (size, color, etc.) and where we need to ship them. We’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information.
We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your jacket order.
If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
If you prefer, you can contact us directly to give us your information but answering your survey help us get your jacket out to you faster. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your shipments.
The BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you used on Indiegogo. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact us at [email protected].
